Co-founder Garry Lineham leads five daily, 20-minute guided video lessons Nov. 3-7, with no equipment required and 24-hour replay access
NASHVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 27, 2026 — Human Garage, the global wellness movement known for its fascial maneuvers, today announced the free 2026 Life Reset Challenge, a five-day virtual program running Nov. 3-7. Led by Human Garage co-founder Garry Lineham, the challenge offers a simple, fascia-first reset that takes 20 minutes a day and can be done from home with no equipment.
The challenge is built on a core Human Garage idea: the body isn’t broken, it’s overwhelmed. Each day, participants follow one guided video lesson designed to help release built-up tension, support nervous system regulation and build awareness of the body’s signals. A step-by-step approach lets participants track how they feel from Day 1 through Day 5.
“Most people who come to us don’t have a broken body. They have an overwhelmed one,” said Garry Lineham, co-founder of Human Garage. “The Life Reset Challenge gives anyone 20 minutes a day to slow down, listen to what their body is telling them and notice the difference for themselves by the end of the week.”
Lessons go live daily at 8 a.m. PT, 11 a.m. ET and 4 p.m. GMT. Participants who can’t join live can watch each lesson on replay for 24 hours after it airs.

Human Garage is a global wellness movement helping people reconnect with their bodies through fascial maneuvers — simple, science‑based movements designed to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore emotional and physical balance. Founded in Los Angeles in 2014, Human Garage has grown from a clinic that treated more than 200,000 people in person into a social impact organization whose Fascial Maneuvers are practiced by 50 million people weekly, with every dollar reinvested into free education, research and global healing programs. Its Coaching Certification Program trains practitioners in more than 50 countries, and its method has been adopted by hospitals, caregivers, athletes and wellness professionals, with collaborators including Novak Djokovic, Michael Beckwith and Mindvalley University.
