Blind Self-Funded Entrepreneur Gives Back at World’s Largest Toy Drive
Sean Callagy brings $50,000 giving initiative to American Dream Mall as part of Trina’s Kids Foundation 10-city national tour
East Rutherford, N.J., (Dec. 17, 2025) — Sean Callagy, a blind entrepreneur and self-funded unicorn founder through Callagy Recovery, will participate in Trina’s Kids Foundation’s 12th Annual World’s Largest Toy Drive on Sunday, December 21, at American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
The event runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1 American Dream Way and is part of a 10-city national tour collecting toys for thousands of children during the holiday season. Callagy recently launched a $50,000 Instagram giving initiative, awarding $10,000 each to five families facing significant hardship.
From Courtroom to Community Impact
Callagy, who achieved two Top 100 National Jury Verdicts as the only blind attorney in America to do so, has spent 27 years building multiple companies including Callagy Law, a 100-person firm that has recovered over $1 billion for clients across four states.
“Seventy-five percent of people with my condition are unemployed,” said Callagy, founder of The Unblinded methodology. “I was blessed with the opportunity to build real companies and create real impact. Giving back isn’t optional, it’s the whole point.”
Callagy has raised over $10 million for charitable causes in under two years. His annual holiday party in New Jersey attracts 800 attendees and features indoor snow, ice skaters, and celebrity appearances, combining luxury with purpose-driven giving.
Amplifying Impact Through Social Media
With more than 86,000+ followers on Instagram (@seanrcallagy), Callagy uses his platform to amplify charitable initiatives beyond traditional boundaries. His recent $50,000 giving campaign reached millions, demonstrating how entrepreneurs can leverage digital audiences for community impact.
The American Dream Mall location is expected to be one of the largest stops on Trina’s Kids Foundation’s national tour. Attendees can donate new, unwrapped toys on-site. Callagy will be available for on-camera interviews, live segments, and b-roll opportunities throughout the event.
